Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Estimated international delivery times vary by destination and are typically 10–21 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@thesoftlifeloading.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soft Life Loading is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
